What is a professional business email address?

A professional business email address uses your own domain name instead of a free email provider. Instead of yourbusiness@gmail.com, it looks like you@yourbusiness.co.uk.

The domain is the bit after the @ sign. When it matches your business name and website, it signals to anyone you email that you're a legitimate, established business — not someone working from a personal account.
