Device setup guide — once everything is live, we give you clear, simple steps for adding your new email address to your phone, laptop, or tablet. Most email apps already support it — you just need to know what to enter. Most clients have it working within minutes.
What you don't need
Any technical knowledge. Any experience with DNS, email servers, or Microsoft admin portals. Any equipment beyond the phone or computer you already have.
How long it takes
Usually the same day, assuming DNS access is straightforward. The only variable is how quickly any DNS changes take to propagate, which is normally a few hours at most.
