Case study

The Revenue Talent Group

A website for a founder-led permanent recruitment business specialising in Business Development, Sales, Account Management and Commercial roles, with separate routes for employers and candidates.

The brief

The Revenue Talent Group is a founder-led permanent recruitment business set up by James Williams. It focuses on four commercial disciplines: Business Development, Sales Leadership, Account Management and Commercial roles.

A recruitment website has two audiences. Employers need to understand the service and brief a role, and candidates need to find vacancies and send a CV in confidence. The site needed to serve both without either feeling like an afterthought, and to present a specialist, premium business rather than a generalist agency.

A design with authority

The site uses a monochrome palette, with black-and-white glass architecture photography and bold Barlow Condensed headings. The result is confident and corporate, suited to a business recruiting the people who drive revenue.

The homepage opens with "Talent that drives growth" and two clear starting points: Hire talent for employers, and Looking for your next role? for candidates.

Two routes, one website

The site has dedicated Employers and Candidates pages alongside Our Market, About Us, Vacancies and Contact.

  • Employers can brief a role straight from the homepage or the Employers page. The form captures the company, role title, salary range, minimum education, years of sales experience and key requirements, so the first call starts with the details already in hand.
  • Candidates can submit a CV, choosing their discipline and preferred location and uploading a PDF or Word file. Confidentiality is stated clearly throughout, with a separate candidate privacy notice.
  • Vacancies has keyword search, discipline, location and salary filters, and sorting, ready for roles to be added as searches go live.

Built on the founder's story

The About Us page introduces James and his background as a Business Development Manager, explaining why the business specialises in commercial roles. The three-step approach of Understand, Identify and Connect appears across the site so employers know what to expect from every search.

Under the hood

The website is built in WordPress with Bricks. Layouts adapt across desktop, tablet and mobile, and the site includes privacy, candidate privacy and cookie pages with cookie consent settings.

NC Digital also hosts the website for The Revenue Talent Group.
