The brief
Utopia Design, an architectural practice in Merthyr Tydfil, had lost contact with the agency that built and hosted their original website. With no way to reach them, the site went offline and the business was left with no web presence and no access to its own domain.
They needed someone to take control of the situation, get the domain back, and rebuild a website that properly represented the practice.
What we did
- Recovered the domain and transferred it onto hosting we manage, so the business owns and controls it going forward
- Designed and built a new WordPress website from scratch — no rebuild of the old site, a fresh start
- Structured the site around the practice's core services: planning applications, building regulations drawings, extensions and alterations, conversions, new-build design, and commercial work
- Added a projects section to showcase completed work across South Wales
- Set up clear contact routes so enquiries come straight through
